THE AGREEMENT: The use of the services provided on this website and the website itself provided by Trident Outreach (hereinafter referred to as "Organization") are subject to the following Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms of Service" or “Agreement”), all parts of which are specifically outlined here. This agreement shall outline the terms and conditions governing all sections of this website(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Website") and any and all subsequent services provided through this website ("Services"). Trident Outreach is not a product of LinkedIn. You understand that Trident Outreach has no association with Linkedin, and LinkedIn has no formal or informal relationship with Trident Outreach.

By signing up, signing in to or utilizing any services created, managed, maintained or hosted by Trident Outreach, including all IP addresses and websites at and made for use at https://www.tridentoutreach.com, you understand that you are agreeing to follow and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service.”) and you agree that it is every bit as binding as a written contract signed by Trident Outreach and you.

Trident Outreach, and only Trident Outreach reserves the right to review, refresh and otherwise change the Terms of Service occasionally without any notification to you, and you that such modifications or revisions will be legally binding to you. Any modifications, revisions, or new features added to the service, including the implementation of new features, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. By using Trident Outreach, you are agreeing that you are doing so at your own risk.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE CONSENTED AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT TERMS OF SERVICE IMPLEMENTED BY TRIDENT OUTREACH.

Account Terms
  • You are required to use a valid email address during the signup process to use Trident Outreach. Trident Outreach has every right to terminate your account if it is discovered that information provided during the signup process is not accurate or valid.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of Trident Outreach without express written consent of the Organization.
  • Trident Outreach reserves the right to discontinue service to the client at any time, for any reason.
  • Trident Outreach can refuse to service to anyone for any reason at its sole discretion.
  • You understand that if service is discontinued, all of your data may be deleted from the Service.
  • You must exceed 18 years of age to be eligible to use Trident Outreach.
  • You are not permitted to use Trident Outreach for any purpose that is illegal in the jurisdiction in which you reside (including but not limited to copyright, spam, or trademark laws). You are responsible for making sure that your use of Trident outreach is compliant with all your state, local and federal laws and regulations. Trident Outreach is not to be used for any inappropriate or fraudulent means.
  • You may not copy content from Trident Outreach through the use of any robot, spider, or manual or automated process.
  • Subscriptions from third-party companies will be required to access the full functionality of the Trident Outreach Service. These subscriptions are not included in the Organization’s pricing and it is up to you to acquire third-party subscriptions on your own, directly from the third-party.
  • Payment Terms

    • Upon nonpayment, Trident Outreach refuses the right to terminate or suspend the Client’s account
  • In advance of the next month of service, all accounts are billed monthly or quarterly. Upon the end of the initial period of service paid for, payment for the next period of service will be charged to client’s account for the same package initially chosen, unless prior to the charge, the Client cancels or modifies their subscription in line with the guidelines outlined in the “cancellation and termination” section.
  • Texes, levies, or duties are not included in the pricing of Trident Outreach and payment of these is the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • No credits or refunds will be granted in the event of an unused or partially used subscription.
  • Changes to Service Fees

    With 30 days advance notice,Trident Outreach reserves the right to change service fees. Notice may be given through email or by posting changes to the Trident Outreach website (https://www.tridentoutreach.com). Trident Outreach retains the right to update individual accounts to reflect certain changes at its sole discretion.

    Cancellation and Termination
    • All of the content and data within your account may be deleted upon cancellation of the account without the chance of recovery.
  • The responsibility of canceling an account in the “billing” section of the website falls solely to the client. The client can cancel their account at any time without any cancellation fees.
  • Intellectual Property Rights
    • You agree that Trident Outreach owns all rights to the databases, layout, code and visual-design of the service.
  • Trident Outreach does not claim any rights to the information provided by the client while using the service.
  • The client cannot copy, reuse, or duplicate any portion of the Service without written permission of Trident Outreach.
  • Reverse Engineering & Security

    You agree not to undertake any of the following actions:

    • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site
  • Attempt to access any portions of the Site that you are restricted from accessing
  • Copy or adapt the Site’s software
  • Spam Policy

    The use of Trident Outreach for illegal spam activities is strictly prohibited. This includes the gathering of personal information for sending mass emails.

    Data Loss

    By using Trident Outreach, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk. The organization is not responsible for the security of the Client’s account or content.

    Non-disclosure

    Trident Outreach agrees not to disclose The client’s campaign without consent of the Client.

    Warranties and Liability
    • Trident Outreach Offers no guarantee:
    • Your expectations will be met by the Service.
  • The Service will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or free of error..
  • The metrics provided by the service are accurate.
  • You completely understand that liability shall not fall on Trident Outreach for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, which may include loss of profits, reputation, data, or other losses resulting from the client’s use of Trident Outreach.
  • General Conditions
    • You understand that Trident Outreach provides the Service to you “as is” with no warranty of any kind. The use of the service is at your own risk.
  • Only paying subscribers shall receive any technical assistance. Assistance will be provided as per the terms of your account.
  • Trident Outreach cannot guarantee the security of your date while it is transmitted to servers out of its control.
  • You must make no attempt to hack Trident Outreach or modify any website not associated with Trident Outreach such as to suggest that it is associated with Trident Outreach.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Trident Outreach, its agents, its directors, and its employees harmless against any demands, actions or claims, including including but not limited to legal and accounting fees, caused by any party because of or resulting from your use of the service or your violation of this Terms of Service.
  • You agree to receive legal and administrative notifications about Trident Outreach’s service via the email your account is registered to.
  • Jurisdiction, Choice of Law & Venue: Through using the Website or Services, You agree that the laws of the State of Florida will govern any dispute or matter relating to or arising as a result of this Agreement, as well as any dispute that may arise between the Client and the Organization with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. If any litigation arises in accordance with the terms outlined in these terms, all Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Florida. All parties agree that this choice of venue, jurisdiction and law is mandatory in nature, rather than permissive. The client agrees to waive their right to any objection to the venue in which the dispute will take place.
  • Arbitration: If any dispute were to rise as a result of the terms outlined in this document, both parties agree to first try and resolve the dispute in good faith between the Organization and the Client. If personal dispute resolution fails, Both Parties agree to resolve the dispute by means of binding arbitration, which will be conducted in the State of Florida, by a single arbitrator who shall have no authority to add any outside parties to the dispute, certify a class, or award punitive damages to either party. The arbitrator will be bound by the governing laws of the State of Florida and each party shall pay their own costs and fees. Claims worthy of arbitration include, but are not limited to: ordinances, tort claims relating to local laws, contract claims, statutes or regulations. Intellectual property claims by the Organization are not to be subject to arbitration and can, as an exception to this sub-part, be litigated at the discretion of the Organization. The Parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury in arbitral claims in accordance with this sub-part of this agreement.
  • If Trident Outreach fails to exercise a right outlined within this agreement, it does not constitute a waiver of any such right. The Terms of Service make up the entirety of the agreement between you and Trident Outreach and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including but not limited to previous Terms of Service) between you and Trident Outreach .
